Dr. Balderrama came to Lake Havasu City in 2004 after completing medical school, a five year general surgery residency, and two additional fellowships in plastic surgery and hand and microsurgery. Due to his experience and training, Dr. Balderrama is skilled in all aspects of plastic, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgery and is board certified in both general and plastic surgery.

Holly is the Office Manager and Doctor's wife. She's the decision-maker of the office and our go-to girl. Holly happily handles all business aspects of the office. A great office relies on a great Office Manager, and we have just that!

Nikki is our Registered Nurse. She has been a Nurse for six years. Nikki started working with Dr. Balderrama in 2005 and made the transition with him when he established his own practice. She was born and raised in Lake Havasu City. Nikki went to University of Arizona, and finished her Nursing Degree right here in Havasu! She is the first friendly face you'll see during cosmetic consultations and will take care of all your cosmetic inquiries with a smile.

Barbara Lynn, our licensed aesthetician, has a passion for skin. Prior to moving to Lake Havasu City she spent many years managing the skin care programs for well known Plastic Surgeons in the competitive Las Vegas market. Barbara now manages our skin care program here in Lake Havasu. Her array of skin procedures are geared towards correcting, rejuvenating, and maintaining healthy skin. Barbara has special interest in treating teen and adult acne and prematurely aged or environmentally damaged skin.

The world of insurance coverage can be confusing.  Our billing supervisor, Kati, has 16 years of experience in the medical field and is a certified coder.  She can help you navigate through the steps required to maximize your benefits.  Many doctors outsource their billing, but Kati works right out of our office and is available daily to answer any questions you may have regarding insurance billing, authorizations and appeals if a claim is denied. 

Jill is our outgoing and welcoming receptionist. She is the first smile you'll see. Jill is new to the medical field, but she is highly experienced in customer service. Jill always has a cheery and helpful attitude to help start your visit off right!

Hannah is our jack of all trades office assistant.  She is responsible for many of the difficult jobs that help the office run smoother and allow Jill and Kati to spend more time assisting you.  While you may not have any direct contact with Hannah, she occasionally assists with minor office procedures if a second set of hands is required.
